Dr. Tseday Aberra is the Founder and President of Quest Health Management (Quest). She founded the company with the singular purpose of streamlining the process in the mental health industry. The mission statement of her company is to provide quality mental health counseling services in an environment where clients, insurance providers and mental health professionals have to work together to achieve their objectives.

Dr. Aberra is a 20-year veteran in the counseling industry. She has built a successful practice on her own, while navigating through changes in the industry. She managed to adapt and reshape her practice throughout the years, in order to remain relevant and successful in an everchanging professional environment. Her goal presently, is becoming a major influence in shaping the face of the counseling industry in the future.

In addition to providing quality mental healthcare, Dr. Aberra created Quest so that both–new and upcoming, or established mental health professionals do not have to go through the same operational and administrative frustrations she endured when building her practice. She relied on her 20-year experience to contrive a professional environment for mental health professionals where they receive the necessary support and assistance to put them in a position to succeed as they build their private practice.

When creating Quest, Dr. Aberra’s plan is not only to alleviate all obstacles for private practitioners so they can focus on providing quality counseling service to those who need it, but to work in partnership with insurance providers in making counseling services affordable and accessible.

In addition to her entrepreneurial acumen, Dr. Aberra is also one of the leading experts in marriage and long-term relationships. She is an accomplished author (Her acclaimed book is titled: It’s About the “I”), and a motivational speaker who has toured internationally. She is married for 20 years with three children ages 19, 17 and 13.
