Quest’s independent providers are highly compensated. All our providers are guaranteed a compensation rate that is at least 10% above market value. Internally conducted research has shown that our rates of compensation are in the top 5% in Southern California. And as a prospective partner of Quest, know that we also apply a sliding scale to our compensation grid that will significantly increase your earnings, based on the number of hours you choose to work.

In addition to our high rates of compensation, independent providers choose to join our organization for our unmatched professional and administrative support system. Here at Quest, all our providers receive first rate assistance directly from our CEO. Quest’s CEO, Dr. Tseday Aberra, is readily available to assist all of our providers with their clinical and professional needs. You will get personal attention anytime you need one. Our CEO’s continued effort, working in tandem with our clerical team, will guarantee that all your administrative needs are fully met and allow to solely focus on what you do best.

Our rates are on the higher end. The more hours you are willing to work, the more we will compensate you. Here at Quest, we have a firm belief that our providers’ success is our success, and therefore, we will financially reward all our providers who choose to work more than the minimum weekly hours set forth by our CEO.

We will help you get on the right path to success based on how you define success. You can work from few hours weekly, to as many as 30 hours (recommended limit) a week. Know that if you meet our company’s weekly minimum hour threshold, your compensation will increase.
